For our ancillary task we decided to design and create a website that was very similar to other websites out there already. After researching the websites that were created for other films of our genre we found it that most film websites were created with the focus point of the website being based on an iconic image, object or character from the film. This would allow the website and film to have a link and for the user to make a connection between them both. We also realised that the websites were mostly flash and most of the website was animated so we tried to create the same effect and style and I think that we have managed to create a very attractive website that is easily related to the film and would compete with current film websites.
